Seada Karalic, MA, Clinical Counsellor
Director at JS Wellness and Mental Health Therapist
A successful therapeutic alliance requires a strong sense of safety and security before diving into a personal narrative about trauma or relationship concerns. The therapeutic journey evolves with consistent and effective dialogue, skills, and resources demonstrated throughout the therapeutic process. You are the captain of your ship, and I am privileged and honoured to sail alongside you.
